About This Job
Summary of Responsibilities:
•
Supervise on-site contractor activities involving tower assembly and guy wire installations.
•
Oversee a range of structure types and ensure work adheres to project specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
•
Conduct field inspections aligned with project documentation.
•
Monitor testing procedures and verify results.
•
Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders for issue resolution.
•
Review contractor quality control practices.
•
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliant work environments.
Deliverables:
•
Maintain detailed inspection documentation: digital logs, labeled photos, organized test results.
•
Submit inspection reports highlighting any non-compliance and next steps.
•
Create and manage punch lists tailored to tower assembly and guy wire tasks.
Qualifications:
•
5+ years of relevant inspection experience in transmission line projects.
•
Expertise in guy wire and tower assembly inspections.
•
Familiar with applicable standards and regulations.
•
Valid driver’s license; First Aid preferred.
