We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trailer Washer/Lot Porter/Helper. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized inventory of trailers, assisting with general lot operations, and providing support to the service and sales teams as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping the lot and equipment in excellent condition.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrailer Washing:

•

Wash and detail trailers, including horse trailers, RVs, and utility trailers, to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

•

Use power washers, brushes, and cleaning agents to remove dirt, grime, and debris from the exterior and interior of trailers.

•

Ensure trailers are ready for customer delivery or display.

Lot Porter Duties:

•

Move and organize trailers around the lot using appropriate equipment (e.g., tow vehicles or manual handling tools).

•

Inspect trailers upon arrival for damage and cleanliness, reporting any issues to management.

•

Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of hazards, including sweeping, picking up debris, and arranging inventory neatly.

Helper Responsibilities:

•

Assist the service team with basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning interiors, checking tire pressure, or attaching accessories.

•

Support the sales team by ensuring trailers on display are clean and presentable for customers.

•

Assist with customer pickups as needed.

General Duties:

•

Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies in good working order.

•

Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

•

Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the lot and service department.

Qualifications:

•

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role (e.g., vehicle washing, porter, or general labor) is preferred but not required.

•

Skills:

•

Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.

•

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•

Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.

•

Licenses: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
