Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Controller to oversee and manage the flow of traffic on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of workers and the public while facilitating efficient operations.

Duties

- Direct traffic in and around construction sites to ensure safety for workers and vehicles.

- Coordinate with construction teams to facilitate smooth operations.

- Monitor site conditions and communicate any hazards or issues to site management.

- Maintain clear communication with team members using hand signals or radios.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on-site.

- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining focus on safety.

- Strong communication skills to relay information clearly to team members and the public.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as necessary.

- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
