Requirements to Apply

· Valid Driver's License

· Reliable, exclusive use personal vehicle

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Phone with current data plan

Required Attributes

· Punctuality

- Typical shifts are weekdays beginning between 6 and 8 AM

· Team player

- Moving with a purpose and working well as a team is imperative

· Physically capable

- We set our own work zones

- Standing for long periods of time

- 100% outdoor job

- Lift up to 40 lbs

Hours

· Job assignments are dispatched every afternoon for the following day

· Shift lengths depend on our contractors’ needs

Required Equipment to Begin

· Hard Hat

· Class 3 Retroreflective Vest

· Retroreflective Stop/Slow Paddle

· Over the ankle lace-up work boots

· Smartphone with current data plan

We provide vests, hard hats and paddles at cost and on payment

Compensation and Benefits

· $20.50/hour minimum with incremental raises

· Up to $31/hour for premium shifts

· Health insurance after 90 days

· Free flagger certification class upon hire

We conduct background checks and are a drug free company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50 - $31.00 per hour
