Job Description

Role Description: As an AWP Team Member, you will play a crucial role in:

- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.

- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.

- Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients.

- This position requires frequent travel to different locations within the region, making a valid and current California driver's license and reliable transportation an essential job function.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Valid and current California driver’s license required.

- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.

- Experience driving.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Pay: This position is part of a local union, which will determine your job title and corresponding pay based on union agreements.

- Apprentice pay scale: $24.00 - $33.75/hour

- Journeymen pay scale: $35.31 - $40.00/hour
