The Traffic Clerk position is responsible for the coordination of the receipts and deliveries of all tanker trucks and tank railcars of liquid petroleum products.
- Track and coordinate petroleum based product imports and exports with Mexican Customs Brokers, US Customs Brokers, and Freight Carriers.
- Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide a high level of general assistance and customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Operate the weigh scales, scale computer and associated software programs.
- Submit Bill of Ladings to appropriate brokers and customers.
- Track and report all railcar movements for billing purposes.
- Input operational data and generate reports as required/assigned.
- Provide customers with product updates as requested.
- Assist with internal/external audits as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma / GED is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, is required.
- Ability to speak and write English and Spanish.
