Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tractor Mechanic located in the Midland-Odessa Area. The Tractor Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring all vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition.

Qualifications

- Skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair

- Experience working with Heavy Equipment

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Relevant certifications or training in mechanical repair is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
