Job Title: Tower Maintenance Foreman

Location: Based in St. Louis, with travel throughout the Midwest. Must be located within 40 miles of St. Louis

Terms: Full-time

Hourly Range: $32-35/hour, depending on experience. R&S provides

lodging and daily per diem during travel.

R&S Towers, Inc. specializes in the construction and maintenance of wireless infrastructure and currently works in Missouri and neighboring states. This position requires frequent travel and working in various weather conditions for irregular hours. About the role: You will lead a team to work on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, repairing, and troubleshooting wireless infrastructure. You will travel extensively throughout the Midwest, most often leaving Monday and returning Friday. Work will be performed in all types of weather while diligently following safety procedures.

Responsibilities: Oversee day to day operations on site, ensuring safety protocols

are followed, jobs are finished in a timely manner, and necessary documentation is completed and submitted.

Be certain supplies and equipment are procured in advance to allow for uninterrupted work.

Utilize leadership skills and problem solving abilities to create a build plan and implement it onsite.

Hold yourself and your team accountable so quality standards are maintained.

Communicate clearly to management site progress, issues, or concerns in a timely manner.

Understand CDs, RFDs, MAs, SAs, and rigging plans.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

3-4 years of telecom experience (including climbing and rigging).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Completion of various safety trainings

Pass an initial physical and drug screen/random future screens.

Ability to travel regularly and occasionally work weekends.

Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work in changing conditions

and situations with enthusiasm.
