Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tool Room Attendant located in Midland, TX. The Tool Room Attendant will be responsible for managing inventory control, issuing and receiving hand tools, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the tool room, and ensuring proper tool storage. The role also includes maintaining records of tool usage, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed. Effective communication with team members and ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition is crucial.

- Skills in Inventory Control and maintaining tool records

- Proficiency with Hand Tools and basic tool maintenance

- Strong Communication skills for liaising with team members

- Basic Computer Literacy for managing inventory software

- Experience with Forklift Operation for tool transportation

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and safe work environment

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
