Tool & Die Technician - 2nd Shift

Require Experience of Tool Repair Technician:

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM MON - FRI)

Must be able to work 2nd or 1st shift.

Experience in Tool and Die Fabrication/Maintenance

General maintenance of all tools and fixtures to ensure consistent production of a quality product.

Ability to operator general machining equipment (Mills, Lathes, Grinders, etc.)

Proficient understanding and troubleshooting ability in metal forming, piercing, and cutting

Ability to weld tool steel in order to make tooling repairs.

Shall, upon direction of the Supervisor, perform scheduled P.M’s and record results and information in the appropriate format.

Ensure that all aspects of his work are in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations
