What You Will Contribute:

Join our team as a Tool & Die Maker and become the backbone of our production success! In this crucial role, you'll maintain and operate production tooling to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. With your expertise in precision machining and problem-solving, you'll tackle challenging projects, working from intricate blueprints and collaborating across teams to achieve excellence. This will be a first shift role at our Milwaukee Headquarters.

The Tool & Die Maker's main function is to keep production tooling maintained and operational to ensure production needs are met to the highest quality level. Work will be subject to process and final inspection in accordance with Badger Meter’s quality management system and you will be responsible for observing safe work habits and maintaining cleanliness of work area. Work will be subject to process and final inspection in accordance with Badger Meter ISO 9000 documentation.

Education and Experience:* State indentured Tool and Die Journeyman's Card preferred

Qualifications:* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required

Competencies:* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.

Working Conditions:* Work is performed in a Manufacturing environment
