Tig Welder

Job Title: TIG Welder Location: Gastonia, NC Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Arthur Services is currently hiring experienced TIG Welders to join a reputable company in the Gastonia area. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady hours and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components

- Read and interpret blueprints and welding schematics

- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience

- Ability to read and understand blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and precision

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
