Thermal Processor Operator/Technician

The Thermal Processor Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include:

- Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller. Training will be provided.

- Daily maintenance.

- Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided.

- Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System (VRS) and Moisture Control adjustments

- Instrumentation maintenance. Technical support will be provided.

- Sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product

- Monitor Oil/Water Separator (OWS), VRS, Air Chiller unit, Carbon Packs

- Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator

- Site cleanup and support

- Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.

- Industrial Work experience

- 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided

Additional relevant Skills

- Mechanical maintenance Experience

- N2 water Treatment License

- Black Seal Boiler operations license

- Class B CDL license

Applicant will undergo training.
