- Design and Optimization:
- Perform thermal design of heat exchangers, including selecting appropriate types, materials, and configurations.
- Utilize software like HTRI for heat exchanger design and simulation.
- Optimize heat exchanger design for efficiency, cost, and manufacturability.
- Thermal Rating and Calculations:
- Perform thermal calculations to determine heat transfer rates, temperature profiles, and pressure drops.
- Ensure that the heat exchanger meets the required thermal performance specifications.
- Prepare thermal rating reports and data sheets.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams, including process engineers, project managers, and design engineers.
- Communicate design requirements and specifications to stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support for heat exchanger selection.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot heat exchanger performance issues and identify root causes.

- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
Experience in heat exchanger design and thermal engineering (Min. 5 years preferred)
