Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and target audiences.

Engage in door-to-door marketing initiatives to promote products or services directly to consumers.

•

Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.

•

Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective clients to secure partnerships or sales.

•

Assist in fundraising efforts by organizing events and campaigns that align with company goals.

•

Supervise and train team members involved in marketing activities to ensure effective execution of strategies.

•

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on marketing initiatives and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

•

Participate in electioneering activities when necessary, representing the brand at various events.

Skills

•

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

•

Experience in Marketing/Sales is a PLUS.

•

Proven experience in door-to-door marketing strategies is beneficial.

•

Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members.

•

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse groups effectively.

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
