Job Description:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our dealership network in the Midwest Territory. You will play a crucial role in prospecting new dealerships, nurturing existing relationships, and providing support to ensure the success of our dealers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, sales, and business development. Working closely with the marketing and production teams, you will ensure our company remains competitive and strategically positioned in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
•Prospect and engage potential dealerships in Miswest to expand our market presence.
•Provide ongoing support and training to our network of dealerships, addressing their needs and sharing best practices.
•Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling content and materials tailored to our dealers' needs.
•Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
•Conduct training sessions for dealers on pricing strategies, financing options, and industry trends.
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the dealerships.
•Generate regular reports on dealer performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•2-3 years of experience in dealer management, sales, or business development.
•Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
•Flexibility to travel- 50% Travel
