We're seeking summer helper to assist with a focused Windows 11 upgrade project. All Windows 10 machines in our environment are set to reach end of support by October 2025, and we're kicking off an organization-wide migration to Windows 11. This role will support our IT team for a few months during the planning and execution phases.

Responsibilities

* Help upgrade Windows 10 machines to Windows 11
* Perform compatibility checks and assist with setup
* Track progress and support users during the transition
* Document issues and resolutions

Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Some college preferred. Position requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.
