Telecom Representative

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Telecom Representative to join our account management and sales team and play a key role in our ongoing success.

As a Telecom Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and client management, building client relationships, and improving sales revenue. We will provide comprehensive training that is aimed to give you a good foundation in account management, direct selling techniques, negotiation, and business development to set you up for career growth.

Responsibilities of a Telecom Representative:

- Interact with customers to promote our client’s products and services that are tailored to their needs and offer personalized solutions to improve their daily lives

- Stay informed on all products, services, and promotions to promote their value and increase sales opportunities effectively

- Attend meetings with the senior management and sales team leads and other Telecom Representatives to collaborate on improving marketing strategies and contribute to improving sales campaigns to drive account performance

- Assist in providing top-notch customer service with escalated customer issues by identifying customers' questions and concerns and offering solutions in a professional manner

- Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor account sales performance and ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction

Qualifications of an Telecom Representative:

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required

- Prior experience in customer service, marketing, and sales or a leadership role is strongly preferred

- Strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment

- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills

- Show the ability to consistently meet/exceed sales goals
