Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing technology specifications for enhancements, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of technology solutions that align with strategic goals.
PAY:
$18-$21 per hour (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)

- Log and manage IT service demand and using ServiceNow including documentation of
- technical inefficiencies.
- Ensure documentation adhered to industry standards and supported audit and compliance requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional needs
- Map current workflows
- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Validate system designs against business goals
- Maintain system data
- Monitor for data integrity
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree as a major in industrial engineering with a minor systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to prepare and give presentations.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- This role will be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Dev Ops is a plus.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and interest in business strategy. Operations research, systems engineering, supply chain management, lean manufacturing.
- Identify Process Technology gaps to streamline our utility industry.
- Efficiency analysis of utility operations.
- Data-driven decision-making for work and maintenance planning enhancements.
