Overview
Develop and deliver processes, procedures, training and certification programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of learners and improve their job performance. Audit supported departments to ensure compliance with approved practices and procedures.
Responsibilities
Training Development and Implementation 55%
•Creates and delivers high-level training and development programs for ILI Operations
•Coordinates with department manager/supervisors to ensure a qualified staff through developing and implementing training curriculum and certification programs
•Ensures all processes and procedures are documented and in compliance with industry and company requirements
•Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with approved company practices and procedures
•Assists in the implementation of new products and software and changes to existing products and software
•Assists in the tracking and renewal of operational qualifications
Technical Support 45%
•Provides support and addresses operational issues and challenges
•Leads or supports departmental projects aimed at enhancing processes
•Troubleshoots hardware and software
•Reviews and provides performance feedback for product support and software development
•Consults with internal and external clients on project feasibility and technical support
Experience
•Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, instructional design, or other related education preferred
•Minimum of 18 months of Data Analysis experience in the pipeline inspection industry, including achievement of Level II certification, Level III preferred in at least one In-Line Inspection technology, or at least two years of experience developing training curriculum and facilitating content of a technical nature
•Familiarity with pipeline or oil industry desired
•Prior exposure to web development or online webinar content development (i.e. Moodle, Articulate) preferred
•Strong facilitation and classroom instruction skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
