Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing expert technical support for our RV slideout and frame systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers, dealers, and internal teams, resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective technical support for RV slideout and frame systems
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to slideout operation, frame integrity, and system integration
•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve product issues
•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our RV slideout and frame systems, staying up-to-date on new releases, updates, and industry developments
•Document customer interactions and technical issues, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
•Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills
•Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets
Requirements:
•2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the RV or automotive industry
•Strong technical knowledge of RV systems, including slideout mechanisms and frame structures
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred
Nice to Have:
•Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software
•Familiarity with RV industry standards and regulations
•Certification in RV repair or a related field
•Bilingual or multilingual skills
