Job Title: Service and Sales Support

Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook and Quickbooks (preferred)

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties Include:

- Answer calls and assist customers

- Respond to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

- Help manage scheduling calendar for several shop and field service technicians

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
