This is a full-time role with a dual mandate in sales and support
•Technical support: You will help provide both reactive and proactive technical support to customers to help them overcome challenges they face in the software.
•Technical sales: You will engage with both existing and new customers to drive sales higher.
This role is primarily remote, but you will be expected to visit customer offices on a regular basis.
Responsibilities include:
•Responding to and documenting customer help requests
•Building and maintaining help documentation
•Conducting on-site and remote training sessions for customers
•Proactively working with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing the platform
•Prospecting for and closing new customers
You don’t need to have any prior experience in Danomics - we’ll teach you what you need to know, but you will need to be comfortable working with basic equations and understand the workflows used in oil and gas.
Qualifications:
•Ability to read / write basic scripted equations [e.g., (gr_final - $gr_clean)/($gr_clay - $gr_clean) ]
•Experience with basic Python scripting a plus, but not required
•Experience in the oil and gas industry (either as a subsurface professional or data tech)
•Some knowledge of geology, petrophysics, reservoir engineering, or common oil and gas data types is a plus
Pay and Benefits for this role:
