Overview
Organizes and directs HT&P field operations according to the internal standards and the customer requirements, from first client inquiry until the successful job completion.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited
to:* Oversee multiple HT&P service projects, in various stages of project lifecycle, to meet customer requirements.
•Conduct daily meetings with project team to ensure readiness of resources (labour, equipment and material) required to safely execute the project and meet client schedule.
•Act as the key contact to customers, from PO award to Invoicing.
•Act as liaison with local boiler authority when necessary (TSSA, ABSA, ACI, etc)
•Track all project costs and communicate on a regular basis to internal / external customers, ensuring approvals are documented for scope changes, change orders, scheduling changes, or any other project risk.
•Compiles Job Safety Analysis prior to start work on site.
•Ensures timely return of Customer service feedback forms.
•Assists with coordinating with TDW HT&P inspection personnel as required.
•Makes sure Field Technicians deliver safe services performances in compliance with TDW standards and applicable HSE rules.
•Ensures that the technician has the required certifications/skills to execute the assigned operations and provides technical support to technicians when required.
•Supervises the execution of assigned HT&P interventions according to the contracts.
•Coordinates special projects.
•Ensures effectiveness of the operations to meet established objectives, observe corporate policies, and prompt corrective action taken if necessary.
•Ensures all workshop activities are properly performed according to the intervention planning and takes final decision relative to workshop activities if required
•For services quoted and delivered locally, makes sure that engineering, technical and quality assurance programs for services comply with TDW and customer’s quality standards.
•Monitors the use of various outside companies to source/rent equipment to ensure the execution of the interventions according to the established planning.
•Remains current on new developments, policies and procedures relating to equipment and operational/maintenance techniques and implements changes as necessary.
•Report non-conformances and safety incidents immediately to Operations Leader.
•Maintains clean, orderly work area.
•Technical degree or equivalent preferred, combined with min 5 years Oil & Gas related experience.
•PMP designation would be an asset, but not mandatory if applicant can demonstrate experience leading projects
•Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Familiarity with hydraulics, piping materials and operating fluid systems; ability to read blueprints.
•Must be Fluent in English (French would be an asset)
•Must be available for calls afterhours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
•Good commercial and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational skills.
