ombine their technical knowledge and marketing skills to promote epoxy grout products, support customers with application expertise, and drive business growth in the construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for epoxy grout products across target markets.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell epoxy grout products through various sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and online platforms.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, answering technical questions and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Provide regular market feedback and intelligence to the product development team.
Technical Support & Application Expertise:
Provide expert technical advice on the application and installation of epoxy grout products to customers, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct on-site technical consultations to ensure the correct selection, preparation, and application of epoxy grout.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges or issues related to epoxy grout products and applications.
Lead product training sessions for customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure proper usage and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, new product developments, and evolving customer needs to provide the highest level of technical expertise.
Collaborate with the R&D team to relay customer feedback and improve product performance or application guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, or concerns related to epoxy grout products.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to build relationships and promote products
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or application of construction materials, specifically epoxy grout, adhesives, or coatings.
Experience working with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of epoxy grout products, their properties, applications, and best practices.
Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the construction or industrial materials sector.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and technical documentation.
Certifications (Preferred):
Industry-related certifications or training in epoxy grout or related construction materials.
Health and Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) would be beneficial.
