To provide the technical assistance necessary to manage the health of Mobile and Fixed Plant Assets using remote monitoring technologies including Minestar Health, OSI Pi, Newtrax, and S-O-S lab data.
Based in the highlands and working with the PTFI Reliability team, use defect elimination strategies to ensure that Mobile and Plant equipment run efficiently. Develop new asset tactics and modify existing tactics to standardize maintenance practices between mines. Facilitate coordination between operations and maintenance teams to ensure that needed repairs are executed at the right time, with the right tools, and the correct resource availability.
Additional Responsibilities:
•Instill a safety-first culture throughout all areas.
•Administer the collection and analysis of real-time data using various predictive technologies, develop advanced diagnostic tools, and make recommendations to Maintenance and Operations divisions.
•Monitor oil sample database, work with OEM vendor groups, and the Action team to ensure that critical issues are actioned in a timely manner.
•Act as a liaison and common point of contact for Asset Health Management.
•Work with the PTFI Technology team to ensure reliable data broadcasts for all equipment.
•Focus on business results and the development of advanced diagnostic tools.
•Provide support as needed for the Asset Health Management team.
•Actively participate with Maintenance and Planning groups to drive impact, performance, and sustainability of Asset Health Management with clear measurements of value and performance.
•Assist in the development and testing of new asset monitoring technology in collaboration with maintenance, operations, and management teams.
•Develop and assist with on-site training for operations and maintenance employees.
•Conduct RCFA’s and investigations with maintenance, operations, and other departments.
•Develop and maintain KPIs for Asset Health Management and overall equipment reliability.
•Mentor national workforce.
Qualifications
•Trade certification (or equivalent) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in maintenance.
•Business knowledge through previous experience in leadership roles.
•Experience with remote monitoring technologies.
•Knowledge in Failure Analysis; ideally CAT FA1 & FA2.
•Proven experience in conflict resolution.
•Experience with reliability strategies such as Defect Elimination and Asset Tactic Development.
•Business background with experience in maintenance, repairs, and planning.
•Computer literacy with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SAP.
•Ability to analyze raw data and determine problem areas that need attention.
•Fluent in English (oral and written) and willing to learn Bahasa.
