Role Definition
Prepare and delivers technical instruction in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of products and other related advanced technical topics.
Responsibilities
•Conducts technical training courses to customers, field service teams and employees in a wide range of applications of the product line.
•Support in new product training programs, including print documentation, video and computer-based training under the leadership and guidance of a technical editor/instructional designer.
•Support in the evaluation, specification, and makes recommendations for purchase of hardware (test equipment, computers, other specialized equipment) and software required to support advanced technical courses.
•Provides leadership, guidance and training to Level 1 and 2 instructors in the areas of product/technical knowledge, instructional skills, course preparation, and instructional materials revision.

•Training Needs Analysis: Knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
•Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.
Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
•Knowledge of Solar Turbomachinery and its Control System
•Minimum 3 years working as FSR (Start Up, Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting)
•Demonstrated experience conducting technical presentations
•Demonstrated experience investigating and self-learning technical aspects of Solar equipment
Desired Qualifications
•Successfully completed Train the Trainer course
•Basic knowledge of Instructional Techniques
•Comfortable speaking in public
•5+ years experience in field services
•Proficiency with Turbotronic Control Systems
•Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable
•Demonstrated ability as change leader and in conflict resolution
Summary Pay Range:
$108,834.00 - $163,252.00
