BigBattery is a leading provider of advanced lithium battery solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are growing fast and looking for hands-on, motivated team members to join our technical operations team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Associate with an electrical or technical background to assist in the assembly, repair, and troubleshooting of lithium battery systems. This role requires someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable with tools, and eager to learn. While we will provide training, being technically minded is a must.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot lithium battery packs and related systems.

- Perform quality checks and basic diagnostics on electrical components.

- Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials during daily operations.

- Lift and move components weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Assist with testing, repairs, and product improvements.

- (Bonus) Provide technical support and customer service when required.

Requirements

- Electrical, mechanical, or technical background (education or hands-on experience).

- Ability to use standard hand and power tools.

- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

- Experience with battery systems, electronics, or renewable energy products.

- Customer service or technical support experience.

Working Environment

Technicians in manufacturing settings typically work indoors in a laboratory or production facility. They may be required to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment. The work environment is generally clean and well-lit, but may involve exposure to electrical systems and testing equipment.
