Team Leader- 2nd Shift

Summary

The purpose of a Team Leader role is to provide guidance and support on an ongoing basis to production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. The success of the person in this role is vital to the continuous improvement efforts in the area(s), as well as the success of Warner Electric to meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a “working leader” where 40% of their time is spent operating within a team-based manufacturing cell

The ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, safety rules, quality instruction and process documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, technical and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and business correspondences. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and managers, customers, clients and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
