About Red Chris

Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. Your Impact

Our Red Chris site is now recruiting for the position of Team Lead Health, Safety and Emergency Response with a competitive base salary between 103,000-137,000 with an additional short-term incentive. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity.

As a Team Lead in Health, Safety& Emergency Response, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety, leading emergency preparedness, and guiding teams through proactive risk management. Your leadership will directly contribute to a safer, more responsive work environment for everyone on site.

Training& Experience

This is a site-based role in a dynamic mining operation. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams in both field and office settings, balancing strategic oversight with on-the-ground engagement. The environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and offers continuous learning opportunities. This is a FIFO opportunity working on a 15X13 schedule.
