Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. This position requires a keen understanding of the recruitment process, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Duties
•Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
•Source candidates through various channels including malls, high-dense restaurants, social media, and professional networks.
•Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications for specific roles.
•Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
•Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as RepCard to manage candidate information.
•Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
•Assist in the development of talent management strategies to enhance employee retention.
•Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.
Skills
•Proficiency in technical recruiting with an understanding of various roles within the industry.
•Experience with HR sourcing techniques and best practices.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Gusto
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
•Knowledge of contract and executive recruiting processes is a plus.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
