Salt River Project (SRP) is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
to help drive our mission of attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent while building a future-ready talent pipeline. This role requires a strategic and adaptable recruiting expert with
full-cycle corporate hiring experiencewho can seamlessly
support various departments and roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, resourceful, and highly flexible, able to pivot across multiple hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions that align with SRP’s goals.
This exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner, will be a true consultant and advisor to the business, guiding them throughout the process, educating them on the talent market and industry trends, providing solutions, and proactively identifying future hiring needs.
You will be an expert at attracting candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, company databases, employee, and network referrals, as well as recommending other various industry tools and methods. Initiate, drive, and manage various talent acquisition related projects. Be the point person ensuring immediate and future successes.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for this assignment.
This is a hybrid position, a minimum of two days a week at our Tempe, AZ office.
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
