Come join us as a System Analyst in IT-End User Services, where you'll support our EUS Lab and deliver top-notch services. Ideal for tech enthusiasts eager to enhance their expertise, you'll manage the Integration Lab, test and troubleshoot infrastructure, and ensure successful program delivery. You'll impact laptop imaging, automation, and AI integration to improve support and user experience. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities

•

Manage the company's End User Services Lab.

•

Oversee and support the managed service provider with workstation testing.

•

Assist in testing and troubleshooting all infrastructure components of software and patching distribution services.

•

Monitor and ensure advertised programs reach clients.

•

Manage and verify successful program execution.

•

Introduce and improve automation and integrate AI where applicable.

•

Collaborate with the Integration Lab to identify and resolve issues with site servers components or services.

•

Clearly articulate and present changes, updates, and innovations to operational and business partners.

•

Coordinate with Cybersecurity teams to remediate software vulnerabilities.

•

Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.

•

Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications Required Education/Experience

•

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations

•

Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations

•

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations

Relevant Work Experience

•

Minimum of one (1) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations, required.

•

Basic understanding of IT principles, including hardware, software, and networking, required.

•

Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), required.

•

Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure and workstation management, required.

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise instructions to end users, required.

•

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, required.

•

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, required.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, required.

•

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, required.

Additional Physical Demands

•

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

Must be able and willing to work overtime and travel within Company service territory, as needed.

Must be flexible with work hours, be on call, and respond to emergencies as required.
