Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Summary
As Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee all steps of the solar installation process after a sale is made—from engineering and permitting to scheduling and post-installation support. You’ll assist with ordering and manage equipment tracking, coordinate with the master electrician, and ensure project timelines stay on track. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be juggling dozens of projects at once, keeping everything moving with precision and care.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate the full post-sale lifecycle of solar projects
•Submit and manage permit applications, microgen applications, and other documentation
•Assist with ordering and track equipment for all projects (panels, inverters, racking, etc.)
•Use our solar software and Google Workspace tools to manage project data and timelines
•Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
•Collaborate with the master electrician to align on scheduling, inspections, and technical steps
•Provide support to customers even after system activation, helping with app setup or system questions
•Maintain clean and organized records for all project documents
•Flag issues early and ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role
•Extremely organized and able to manage dozens of projects at the same time
•Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, and solar project software (training provided)
•Problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
•Excited to support Alberta’s transition to clean energy
