Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement quality control measures with regard to the accuracy and completeness of survey data.
•Capable of using CAD software and ability to post process survey data. AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble TBC preferred.
•Conduct topographic, property boundary, and as-built surveys.
•Produce finished survey deliverables.
•Coordinate and schedule work with Project Managers and Engineers.
•Ensure that land surveys comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
•Perform/assist with drone surveys.
•Interpret and analyze the collected data and information to determine boundary locations.
•Develop and maintain organized and detailed records of project documents, field information, and notes.
•Provide support to project teams for survey layout and related issues.
•Assist with construction staking and site layout surveys.
•Coordinate with field survey crews.
•Process and produce as-built data and drawings.
•Provide technical expertise to Engineers and Project Managers.
•Prepare and review survey plans, legal descriptions, exhibits, and any other documents required by the client, internal staff, and regulatory agencies.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a closely related field.
•Land surveying or construction surveying experience.
•Experience with computer-aided design tools, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
•Experience with Trimble Business Center.
•Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
•Math and cartography skills.
•Written and verbal communication skills.
