Surface Maintenance Technician - East Plant

Job Title: Surface Maintenance Technician Reports To: Surface Maintenance Supervisor Location: New Mexico – East Plant

A Surface Maintenance Technician troubleshoots cause of failure, recommends repairs, and performs general maintenance of plant equipment, systems and surrounding building machinery. This position requires the ability to work safely, whether independently or within a team, a wide mechanical knowledge, and flexibility for on-call schedules.

SCHEDULE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

4, 10-hour shifts, day shift. As part of a 24/7 maintenance support team, employees will be on a rotating on-call schedule. Schedule subject to change.

Employees are required to wear safety attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

A pre-placement physical and hair follicle drug test will be required for anyone selected for this opportunity. Placement into the position will not be made until the results are received and cleared by Intrepid.
