. The Supply Chain Project Manager will oversee and drive critical projects within our supply chain operations. What You Will Do

Project Planning and Execution

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for supply chain initiatives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

Supply Chain Optimization

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.

- Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead initiatives on procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align project goals.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and issue resolution.

Risk Management

- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Track and address project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Create and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.

- Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership qualities with a results-oriented approach.

- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).

Position Details

- Route territory will include but not limited to: Permian Basin

- Work week and shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule subject to change depending on business needs.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related role.

- Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PowerBi or similar).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Physical Demands

- Must be able to pass a drug screening and physical exam

Preferred Qualifications/Certification

- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)

- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
