Job Summary

Processes daily customer bills/invoices for delivery to USPS by the established deadlines. Operates high-speed production equipment in the commercial letter shop to process customer bills. Provides guidance and instruction to leads and operators as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.

Experience

Requires 4 years of experience in Production Operations or in a related area with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead role; management role is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of SAP mainframes, Linux systems, and Ricoh Process Director. Advanced knowledge of PC and PC software is required with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
