Supervisor - Customer Billing

Job Title: Supervisor - Customer Billing Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Manager - Billing

, Rochester NY

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $85,900 - $107,375

Supervises employees within billing departments and coordinates all aspects of the billing process which may include billing of customers, collections of accounts receivables and/or financial reporting, exception processing for customer accounts. Implements changes in billing procedures and ensures compliance with all tariff, company and government regulations.

Required Qualifications

+ Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required. + Public speaking training. + Negotiation training. + Project management. + Electric system operations.
