About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

You’ll stay in private rooms with individual washrooms, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our exceptional culinary team, and have access to a 24-hour snack and sandwich bar. Purpose

As the Superintendent, Underground Mine Operations at Newmont Brucejack, you will lead underground mining operations with a focus on safety, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee a team of supervisors and operators, manage key resources, and ensure compliance with operational plans, driving high performance in one of Canada’s top underground mining operations.

We are now recruiting for the position of Superintendent, Underground Mine Operations with a competitive annual salary ofCAD 145,400 - CAD 197,676 with an additional short-term target incentive of 25%, as well as an additional long-term target incentive of 15%. The offered base salary will be based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity.
