Beck is looking for a qualified Senior Superintendent to join an extraordinary project team. While this is an individual role, you will be involved in many facets of construction with the ability to evolve our existing operations. As the Senior Superintendent, you are primarily responsible for organizing the work, field staff management, OSHA and Beck Safety Manual implementation, the work methods utilized, scheduling, meeting cost control goals, conforming to drawings and specifications, quality of workmanship, and the assignment of work activities to consistently accomplish the best economical, safe, and efficient execution of the work on or ahead of schedule. You will be designated the lead Superintendent on large projects, integrated projects, or projects of varying complexity.

This position requires weekly commuting to Lubbock, Texas. A company truck will be supplied to support travel needs.
