As a Superintendent at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator that is also employee-owned!

Your primary objective is to provide Erickson-Hall Construction Co. with successful projects by assuring the efficient use of materials, labor, equipment, and contractors to complete a project on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality, and in a manner consistent with appropriate safety standards.

Duties

+ Coordinating subcontractors or multi-primes + Maintaining a positive relationship with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors + Managing and supervising self-performed work items + Processing requests for clarifications + Updating as-built drawings + Tracking costs and other items required to properly supervise the construction process
