The Opportunity

We’re looking for a People & Culture Operations Coordinator Student to join our team for a 4- Or 8-month term. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Advisor leading the Shared Services project, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives designed to streamline and improve our P&C operations.

You’ll help with developing onboarding documentation, drafting training manuals, and supporting the dual maintenance phase as we integrate a new business line into Jobvite and UKG. This is a unique opportunity to get exposure to P&C systems, process improvement, and strategic transformation work.

Responsibilities

Education

You are currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution working towards a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. You are in your 2nd , 3rd or 4th year of your program.
