Beginning with in-the-field learning and development, our EITs gain real-world investigation and construction experience that will provide a firm foundation for their development in design and analysis. The goal of our STEP program is to develop our people into company leaders. In order to accomplish that, the program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our EITs will typically spend around 4 years in the program as they develop key skills before progressing as a licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.
