Summary

This position is in Kitchener, Ontario and Directly reports into the Director of Construction, Ontario.

The Substations Construction Manager creates an environment for construction execution excellence. They are responsible for organizing the day-to-day activities of the field staff in an efficient and safe manner. They are constantly looking for opportunities to improve the delivery and customer experience of substation construction projects. The Substations Construction Manager is also a subject matter expert and thus responsible for the mentoring, coaching, career development, and training of all field staff. The Substations Construction Manager needs to work closely with project management to ensure all projects are profitable and delivered on time.
