Saber Power Services, LLC, (SPS) located in Houston, TX is a nationally recognized full service, EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction and testing and commissioning company specializing in complex medium and high voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.

We are seeking an experienced Substation Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of high voltage substation construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in substation construction, leadership experience, and the ability to manage both civil and electrical scopes of work.
