Subcontracts Manager

Job Description Summary

The Advanced Nuclear Subcontracts Manager is a critical interface between subcontract partners, operations, business development team and customers. This role will assist in the qualification, selection and management of subcontract partners and will be responsible for assisting business development with verifying all customer specifications. The subcontract manager will work closely with subcontractors from initial quotation process to kick-off meeting, through project execution, while providing day-to-day management of subcontractor adherence to contract terms, conditions, flow downs, and regulations.

This position is based at our headquarters in Wilmington, NC. Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) if not already local.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000-152,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 5/15/2025.
