Student Lumber Clerk-Melfort Home Centre

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.

- To provide outstanding courteous customer service.

- Merchandise various lumber products in the store and warehouse.

- When working as a cashier to have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale software programs.

- To prepare and process minor estimates and orders for customers.

- To assist the yard clerks with customer service.

- To perform other duties from time to time as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience and knowledge of building material products.

- Valid Sask. Driver’s License.

- Ability to work with co-workers and public.

- Must be able to work a variety of shifts.

- Physical requirements include lifting/carrying 80 lbs.+ loads.

- Must be able to work with computers.

- Must be able to work unsupervised.
