Structural Engineer

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Structural Engineer opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN at the Y-12 National Security Complex.

Position Overview:

Provide CNS, Mission Engineering with full time Structural design engineering support for facility and production area activities in Cat 2, 3/Non-Nuclear and Balance of Plant facilities and Backbone Infrastructure Utilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide design output documentation to support minor facility modifications. The types of design output documents typically developed by a structural design engineer within the Mission Engineering organization are drawings, engineering instructions, data sheets, equipment specifications, equivalency evaluations, calculations, etc.
