What you'll do

As a Strategy and Strategic Finance Associate, you will help shape the company's strategic direction, drive key business development initiatives, and support fundraising efforts that enable the scale-up and commercialization of our groundbreaking magnet technology. Strategy Development & Market Analysis

+ Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities + Build strategic frameworks and data-driven models to inform executive decision-making and long-term business planning + Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and workstreams that guide Niron's growth trajectory

Fundraising & Investor Relations Support

+ Coordinate investor outreach activities, manage stakeholder communications, and track engagement
